Drive revenue growth through international client acquisition across US, UK, and Middle East markets
Identify and capitalize on AI-driven opportunities in global IT services
Build and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for international regions
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and manage strong relationships with global enterprise clients
Understand client requirements and deliver high-value AI and IT solutions
Act as a strategic partner to clients across geographies
Service Delivery & Execution:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects for international clients
Ensure successful implementation of AI integrations, web/mobile applications, and automation solutions
Maintain high standards of delivery quality and customer satisfaction
Team Leadership & Culture:
Build, mentor, and lead global-facing high-performance teams
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
Financial & Operational Oversight:
Own and manage P&L for international business
Drive operational efficiency and ensure sustainable growth

Stay updated with global AI, software, and digital transformation trends
Position the organization as a preferred partner in international markets
Key Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in IT Services with strong international sales exposure (US, UK, Middle East)
Proven track record in global business development and revenue generation
Strong experience in selling AI-powered IT services (AI automation, NLP, ML, chatbots, predictive analytics, etc.)
Deep expertise in web/mobile development, cloud technologies, and workflow automation
Strong network and established relationships in international markets
Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling global businesses
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across geographies
