About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong 360° digital marketing expertise across both B2C and B2B sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic traffic, online sales, and qualified healthcare enquiries across four healthcare-focused websites. This role requires a strategic thinker, performance marketer, and hands-on leader who can manage a team while achieving personal KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy for:
o UK Online Pharmacy (B2C) – Ecommerce
o UK Online Pharmaceutical Wholesale Store (B2B) - Ecommerce
o Pharmacy Delivery Services (B2B)
- Increase website traffic, conversion rates, and online sales.
- Generate qualified enquiries from UK private healthcare professionals.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.

Performance Marketing
- Lead and optimize campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
o LinkedIn Ads (B2B healthcare targeting)
- Drive measurable ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CAC improvements.
- Implement affiliate and referral marketing programmers.

SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve keyword rankings and domain authority.
- Develop content strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Optimize product pages and healthcare service pages for conversions.
- Off page SEO – Increase the quality backlinks

CRM, Email & Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM systems including:
o HubSpot
o Zoho CRM
- Execute email marketing campaigns using:
o Mailchimp
o SendGrid
o Abandoned cart recovery
o Customer retention campaigns
o Re-engagement campaigns
o B2B lead nurturing workflows
- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention rates.

Email & Automation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (B2C & B2B).
- Set up automation flows (abandoned cart, retention, reactivation).
- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV).

- Oversee content marketing strategy (blogs, landing pages, healthcare content).
- Work closely with designers and content teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Basic understanding of design principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Assign KPIs and ensure team members achieve their objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance reviews.
- Balance personal execution with team leadership responsibilities.

Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement social media strategies for B2C and B2B growth.
* Manage organic and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
* Run lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
* Monitor engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
* Integrate WhatsApp automation and Tidio chatbot for lead capture and customer engagement.

AI-Driven Marketing
Strong knowledge of using AI in digital marketing, including AI-powered content creation, ad optimization, audience targeting, predictive analytics, automated bidding, email personalization, chatbot automation, and performance analysis. Ability to leverage AI tools to improve ROI, enhance customer journeys, and increase conversions across B2C and B2B channels.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
o SEO (technical & content)
o Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
o Email marketing platforms
o Affiliate & referral marketing
o Google Analytics & conversion tracking
- Experience managing multiple websites.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of UK healthcare compliance is a plus.
