Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP TM (Transportation Management) Faculty/Trainer to conduct offline weekend training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP TM along with excellent training and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom training on SAP TM modules.
- Conduct weekend offline batches for students and working professionals.
- Prepare training materials, case studies, and practical assignments.
- Provide real-time project-oriented knowledge and industry insights.
- Support learners with queries, assessments, and interview preparation.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer with practical demonstrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SAP TM implementation and support.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP TM.
- Prior training/faculty experience preferred.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle weekend classroom sessions effectively.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in TM is an added advantage.
- Experience in real-time project exposure and corporate training.
