Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of robust web and backend applications
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Conduct regular code reviews and implement quality assurance processes
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and technologies
- Ensure effective resource allocation and team productivity
Core Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in React.js for modern frontend development
- Advanced proficiency in Node.js for backend architecture and APIs
- In-depth knowledge of Database Management Systems (both SQL and NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services), including deployment and cloud architecture
- Proficiency in PHP, including maintaining and optimizing legacy systems
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 7–9 years of progressive experience in software development
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role within a technology team
