Job Summary
The Finance Controller is responsible for managing all financial operations of the transport company, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, billing, taxation, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance. The role ensures financial accuracy, cost control, profitability, and provides financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounts Department.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, banking, and working capital.
- Oversee customer billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Monitor transport-related costs such as fuel, maintenance, tolls, insurance, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls.
- Analyze profitability and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Present financial performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- CA/CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in transport or logistics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
