Sourcing Executive –Luxury Residential Real Estate
Location - Wakad
Salary - CTC upto 800000 per annum.
Job Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to generate consistent site visits.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners through calls, meetings and regular follow-ups for lead generation.
- Visit Channel Partner offices to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Present project details and conduct project briefings for Channel Partners.
- Organize and coordinate Channel Partner (CP) Meets, CP Events and engagement activities to strengthen partner relationships and increase project visibility.
- Support project launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure regular lead tracking, follow-ups and site visit coordination.
- Assist in client interactions and ensure smooth execution of site visits.
- Drive higher site visit volumes through active CP engagement and networking.
- Achieve monthly CP visits target
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ year of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Partner Management.
- Experience working with luxury residential projects in the Pune West market.
- Strong network and connect with Channel Partners (CPs) dealing in premium and luxury residential projects.
- Hands-on experience in project launches.
- Experience in organizing CP Meets, CP Events and Channel Partner engagement programs.
- Experience in team handling is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for CP meetings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
