Role Overview
We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive to engage with parents, explain our programmes, and convert enquiries into admissions. Strong communication in English and Malayalam and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships over calls are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, explain programmes, and drive admissions.
Follow up on leads, maintain pipelines, and ensure conversions.
Build parent relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
Track activities and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Requirements
Strong English & Malayalam communication (mandatory).
Experience in tele/inside sales, counselling, or EdTech.
Ability to handle objections and close confidently.
Target-driven with strong follow-up and organisation skills.
