Job Description: Cloud Platform Engineer – Technical Lead (Exp: 8- 12 years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team as Technical Lead, who plays a critical role in maintaining Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, homemade middleware...) in a proactive way, doing level 3 support, building the DR solutions.
The role ensures Azure platform performance, stability, and reliability for Supply Chain applications: monitoring systems, resolving L3 issues, cost optimization and addressing critical incidents to support seamless operations.
The security is also a main pilar: windows updates, AD, vulnerabilities management Contributing to the platform domain in full autonomy (possibly on call support).
By giving technical advises to application members and promoting best practices, the cloud platform engineer fosters a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligning the platform usage with application objectives and long-term architecture goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in IT or a related technical field

6-8 years of experience in a similar position mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:
IaaS, PaaS evolution and maintenance
- Administer and act as an expert for IaaS, PaaS, homemade middleware’s, software packages on Azure (VM, cluster, DB, load balancing, Kubernetes...)

Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of services running on Azure.

Understand all layers related to Azure (PaaS, network, storage, compute.)

Installation of software applications and maintenance
Performance monitoring and incident resolution
- Monitor and optimize platform performance for Supply Chain (SC) applications.

Resolve L3 issues and critical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime (for our main mission critical applications and others).

Participate in task forces to address performance issues and implement long-term fixes.
