Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, site visits, and field marketing.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Present and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales Team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
