We are looking for a dedicated and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling existing customers, following up on EMI payments, and maintaining professional relationships while ensuring timely collections.
Responsibilities
- Call customers regarding due EMI payments.
- Follow up on pending collections.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Record call details and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding payment status.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
