Service Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 Gross/month
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service engineers for installations and service calls.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely support.
- Maintain ERP entries, service reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts planning and AMC schedules.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams for smooth service operations.
- Monthly visit to the Surat office for engineer performance and spare stock review.
Requirements:
- Experience in service coordination or after-sales support.
- Good ERP, MS Office, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery/service operations preferred.
