What You'll Be Doing
This is not a typical sales role where you simply pitch services.
We are looking for someone who can understand business challenges, build trust with prospects, and present solutions that genuinely help clients grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with prospective clients primarily in the US market.
- Conducting discovery calls and understanding business requirements.
- Presenting RCV Technologies' services in a professional and consultative manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial conversation to deal closure.
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
