- Exceptional communication skills to liaise between clients, corporate operations, and site teams.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC operations, and general civil or carpentry repairs commonly found in commercial or retail spaces.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to rapidly troubleshoot urgent facility or equipment concerns to minimize client or business downtime.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Experience: Typically 4 to 6+ years of experience in interior construction, facility management, or MEP/fitout operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
