Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month

- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, or
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business objectives, educating them about our services, and building long-term relationships that contribute to agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client marketing goals, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research and prospecting.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Communicate the company’s unique value proposition effectively.
- Work extensively with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, advertising sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM (strongly preferred).
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, and the digital ecosystem.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in performance marketing.
- Experience working with CRM-driven sales processes.
