- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices and terms- Developing new vendors
- Track deliveries and ensure timely procurement
- Maintain purchase records and reports
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in purchasing/procurement preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
