Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who brings strong hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns, with a clear focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Own and manage monthly ad budgets ranging from ₹5–10 lakhs
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams to drive better results
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance
- Prepare detailed reports and stay updated with industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Mandatory: Prior agency experience
- Proven experience in handling monthly ad spends of ₹5–10 lakhs
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Analytics tools
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Bonus
- Google Ads / Meta certifications
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
