Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural plan, elevation ,sections and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Preparation of Permit Drawings of Residential, Commercial Projects
- Working Drawings of residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise and update drawings as per client or project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Draughtsman.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of 3D Modeling tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
