Location: CNC Technics Pvt Ltd, Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Qualification: MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduation
Experience: 1–5 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Recruitment & manpower planning for shop-floor staff
✔ Attendance, shift & payroll coordination
✔ PF, ESI, PT & statutory compliance handling
✔ Employee documentation & HR administration
✔ Labor law compliance & factory act adherence
✔ Industrial relations & grievance handling
✔ Contractor & labor management
✔ Safety policy implementation & discipline monitoring
Required Skills:
✅ Knowledge of labor laws & factory operations
✅ Experience handling blue-collar workforce
✅ Payroll & statutory compliance knowledge
✅ MS Excel & HR documentation skills
✅ Strong communication & coordination abilities
