Key Responsibilities
- Assess students' learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction tailored to student needs.
- Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and classroom materials to support inclusive learning.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement accommodations and modifications.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with parents/guardians to discuss student development.
- Coordinate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, communication, and life skills.
- Assist in behavior management and intervention planning when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and safeguarding standards
Pay: ₹20,865.97 - ₹32,266.46 per month
