- Itinerary Design: Discuss travel plans with clients to create customized, cost-effective, and enjoyable itineraries.
- Booking & Logistics: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate the best rates with travel vendors, tour guides, restaurants, and transport services.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries, provide travel-related information (visas, safety, and local attractions), and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as tickets and itineraries, are accurate and provided to the clients.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on global travel trends, emerging destinations, and new tourism regulations
