Responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to monitor financial performance and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
