- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in AC/HVAC systems
- Perform installation, replacement, and retrofitting of AC units, chillers, compressors, and related equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service on cooling systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Handle refrigerant recovery, recycling, and charging in compliance with EPA/local regulations
- Troubleshoot control systems, thermostats, and building automation/BMS integrations
- Lead and mentor junior and apprentice technicians on-site
- Estimate job costs, parts, and labor for repairs or installations
- Communicate directly with clients regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building/safety codes
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours support
- Order and manage parts/inventory for assigned jobs
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
