Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef specializing in South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, and Tawa cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support the delivery of high-quality dishes while developing culinary skills in a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, and Tawa dishes.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Prepare ingredients, including cleaning, cutting, marinating, and portioning.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and stock rotation.
- Help minimize food wastage and maintain cost-effective kitchen practices.
- Carry out tasks assigned by senior chefs and kitchen management.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, and Tawa cuisine.
- Culinary qualification or relevant training preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary profession.

Salary
Starting from ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) + Free Accommodation + Free Food
