- Conduct theoretical and hands-on training on skin, hair, laser, body contouring, and aesthetic treatment protocols.
- Train doctors, therapists, and nurses on chemical peels, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, microneedling, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Demonstrate correct treatment techniques, patient assessment, contraindications, treatment planning, and post-procedure care.
- Provide comprehensive training on skin concerns (acne, pigmentation, melasma, scars, anti-aging) and hair treatments (PRP, GFC, mesotherapy, scalp analysis, and hair restoration protocols).
- Train staff on the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aesthetic devices, including laser, RF, HIFU, cryolipolysis, and skin rejuvenation equipment.
- Develop, update, and implement SOPs, treatment protocols, training manuals, presentations, and competency assessment tools.
- Evaluate trainee performance through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and regular competency evaluations, providing feedback and corrective coaching.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices, aseptic techniques, patient safety standards, consent protocols, and clinical compliance.
- Conduct induction training, refresher programs, product knowledge sessions, and continuous professional development to enhance staff skills.
- Stay updated with the latest aesthetic technologies, injectables, skincare products, clinical research, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into training programs to improve treatment quality and patient outcomes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
