Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Explain banking and financial products/services.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Achieve daily calling and productivity targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
