Job Role & Responsibilities

Perform

Prepare and review U.S. Individual & Business tax returns

Perform return reviews and finalization, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Handle multi-state tax returns and related filings

Support and execute tax planning strategies

Manage filings related to FBAR and international tax forms (Forms 1116, 2555, 5471 & 5472)

Conduct end-client calls independently and address tax-related queries

Maintain high standards of client communication and documentation

Candidate Specifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. Tax (Individual & Business – mandatory)

At least 2 years of review experience, including final sign-off

Strong knowledge of multi-state taxation

Proven experience in tax planning

Strong verbal & written communication skills

A problem-solver who works independently with minimal oversight

CPA license, preferred but not necessary

3-5 years of public accounting experience (2+ tax accounting experience)

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, or related field
