Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Lead Generation: Develop high-converting LinkedIn Ad strategies to target B2B decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- A/B Testing: Constantly experiment with ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, and CAC.
- Budget Optimization: Allocate and shift budgets between channels based on performance to maximize lead volume and quality.
- Tracking & Attribution: Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Collaboration: Partner with the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives and with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Ad Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling.
- Optimization: Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce/Instapage) and heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity).
- MarTech: Familiarity with CRM integration (Odoo/HubSpot) to track lead-to-deal conversion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the B2B IT or SaaS sector.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a significant plus.
- Mindset: Highly analytical with a "test-and-learn" approach. You should be comfortable working with numbers and translating data into actionable insights.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
