We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our hotel team in Patna. The role involves promoting our hotel services, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, and catering services to prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations and front office teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hotels, resorts, or hospitality services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of local market trends in Patna and Bihar.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
