We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage initial client interactions, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide initial information
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits/meetings for sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Manage and update client data in CRM
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth lead handover
- Ensure a positive customer experience at the first touchpoint
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales process
- Confident, presentable & customer-oriented approach
- Ability to handle multiple leads effectively
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
