JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Program & Operations Coordinator
Department: Young Arm Foundation
Location: Raipur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative, membership, event, and operational support for Young Arm Foundation and assist in the smooth execution of foundation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Coordination
- Maintain and update member database.
- Coordinate member onboarding and registration.
- Follow up with members regarding meetings, events, and activities.
- Maintain membership records and reports.
- Communication & Follow-Up
- Make follow-up calls to members and prospective members.
- Send WhatsApp messages, reminders, and event communications.
- Coordinate with members regarding foundation programs and activities.
- Event Support
- Support planning and execution of foundation events.
- Coordinate registrations and attendance.
- Assist in venue, logistics, and participant coordination.
- Maintain event records and attendance sheets.
- Prepare post-event documentation and reports.
- Social Media updation-Update events related posts & updates on social media platforms.
- Documentation & Administration
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Update Google Sheets, Google Drive, and internal trackers.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and activity reports.
- Organize and maintain foundation documents.
- Chapter Support
- Collect and compile chapter activity reports.
- Maintain chapter-wise records and databases.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle follow-up calls and coordination activities.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
