Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas and brand standards into compelling visual assets across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong designer (layout, typography, colour, imagery) comfortable with both traditional graphics and digital-first content, and will collaborate with our marketing, content and production teams to deliver polished design solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing team, copywriters, account managers) to understand project briefs, target audience and design objectives.
Develop concept(s) and design mock-ups for visuals such as logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, web banners, packaging, event signage, etc.
Use professional design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) to create layouts, graphics and finished artwork.
Ensure consistency with brand identity, maintaining correct typography, colour palettes and imagery across all materials.
Prepare files for print and/or digital publication (checking formats, colour modes, bleed/margin, resolution, etc.).
Revise designs based on feedback and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current with design trends, software updates and industry best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven design experience (number of years as per your needs) with a strong portfolio that demonstrates range of work across print and digital media.
Excellent proficiency with industry-standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Additional skills (motion graphics, web/UX tools) are a plus.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy.
Attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to take feedback and iterate creatively.
Ability to manage time and multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
