Sales Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve property sales targets, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. The role includes overseeing sales operations, training agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the real estate sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate presentation of properties
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales and team management
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Real estate license/certification (if required by local regulations)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
