Position: Wire & Cable Manufacturing Specialist / Technical & Quality Head
We are looking for an experienced professional from the Wire & Cable Manufacturing Industry who can independently establish and manage the complete Wire & Cable function within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end knowledge of Wire & Cable manufacturing processes and production management.
- Strong understanding of IS Standards, IEC Standards, customer specifications, and tender requirements.
- Preparation and review of BOM, BOQ, costing, technical documents, reports, and compliance records.
- Knowledge of quality control, inspection, testing procedures, and product certifications.
- Coordination with customers, consultants, and project teams for technical requirements and approvals.
- Production planning, process improvement, quality assurance, and documentation management.
- Ability to develop and lead the Wire & Cable department independently.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Wire & Cable Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of LT/HT Cables, Control Cables, Instrumentation Cables, Power Cables, and related products.
- Expertise in manufacturing, quality, inspection, tendering, costing, standards, and customer requirements.
- Leadership mindset with the capability to build and manage a department from scratch.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate:
A technically strong professional with complete A-to-Z knowledge of the Wire & Cable industry who can act as the key resource and departmental leader for the organization.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
