WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTANT (2–3 Years Experience)

Urban Foodscape LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping using Tally.
- Prepare GST-compliant bills, invoices, and purchase entries.
- Maintain sales, purchase, cash, and bank records.
- Monitor stock inward and outward movements in coordination with the warehouse.
- Reconcile inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support monthly and annual account closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for smooth financial processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, trading, or distribution).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, billing, and accounting principles.
- Understanding of inventory and warehouse accounting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
