Position : Bar Manager
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium bar. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to manage bar staff while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Supervise and lead bartenders and service staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders as required.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.
- Control beverage costs and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Train and motivate the bar team to maintain service excellence.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
