Tele caller/Sales Executive
Location: Goregaon East (HO)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who is comfortable making outbound calls, generating leads, and meeting prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and be willing to travel for product demonstrations, client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Visit customers and prospects to present products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales opportunities.
Customer Visits, Exhibitions & Travel
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and exhibitions.
- Travel to various cities and regions for customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Sample & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate preparation and dispatch of product samples to customers.
- Track sample deliveries and obtain customer feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of samples sent.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
Packing, Delivery & Operational Support
- Verify packing details and ensure dispatch accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Track courier shipments, parcels, and customer deliveries.
- Monitor delivery status and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain records of dispatches, courier tracking, and proof of deliveries.
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to sales and customer service.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, follow-ups, and visit reports.
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Prepare sales reports, lead status reports, and customer follow-up reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a B.Sc. degree or knowledge of chemicals, food products, ingredients, or related industries will be preferred.
- Comfortable making frequent calls and traveling extensively for customer meetings, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Experience in chemical, food, ingredients, pharmaceutical, or industrial product sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales reporting tools, courier tracking, and dispatch coordination.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Service, Dispatch Coordination, or related functions.
Education
- Graduate (B.Sc. preferred).
Languages
- English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Additional regional languages preferred.
