We're hiring: UI/UX Designer (AI-Augmented Product Design) — Bangalore
WarpDrive Tech Works is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (5+ yrs) who owns product design end-to-end — research, journey mapping, design systems, and implementation ready handoff — and treats AI tools as real working collaborators, not a novelty
If you're fluent in Figma AND in Claude/Cursor/v0-style AI workflows, and you know how to verify AI output instead of just trusting it, we want to talk.
What you'll own:
UX for complex, multi-user workflows — dashboards, approval flows, operational tools.
A scalable design system — tokens, components, patterns across a multi-module product
Specs detailed enough for engineers AND AI coding tools to build directly.
Accessibility (WCAG AA) and responsive behaviour, built in by default
What makes you a fit:
Strong design fundamentals + design-systems thinking
Hands-on with AI tools across the design-to-build pipeline
Can critically review AI-generated output and catch what it got wrong
Comfortable working directly with engineering, not just handing off a mockup
