Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Support payroll processing and HR documentation
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities
- Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude with good coordination skills
