Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet client needs and function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for developing new features and resolving any issues that arise, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM, Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies.
- Experience with application development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging application code to enhance performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
