Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR)
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 4–8 years (Experience in HR documentation is mandatory)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all employee documentation, including appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, increment letters, warning letters, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files (physical and digital) with complete documentation.
- Ensure all statutory employee records are maintained as per labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee onboarding documentation, including joining formalities, background verification, and document collection.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records in the HRMS or Excel.
- Process employee confirmation, probation reviews, resignations, and full & final settlement documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and organizational charts.
- Coordinate with payroll for employee master data, salary revisions, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Support recruitment activities by preparing offer letters, collecting joining documents, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Coordinate employee training records and performance appraisal documentation.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing HR documents and records.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative functions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and Factory Act requirements.
- Excellent documentation, filing, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
- MBA (HR), MSW (HRM), MHRM, or any Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Mandatory experience in HR documentation and employee records management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
