- Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for employees.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage employee schedules to optimize branch efficiency and customer service.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various banking products and services.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including networking within the community and building relationships with local businesses.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage branch budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure security.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including BSA/AML, KYC, and consumer protection laws.
- Handle customer complaints and complex issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Customer Service:
- Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients and complex customer inquiries.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the bank in local community events and organizations to enhance the bank's visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and local businesses.
