About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily E-Bike assembly operations. The person will supervise the production team, ensure smooth assembly activities, maintain quality and productivity, and achieve daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day E-Bike assembly and production activities.
· Manage and allocate work to assembly technicians and helpers.
· Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily plan.
· Monitor the complete assembly process from frame/chassis to finished E-Bike.
· Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and assembly procedures.
· Check production quality and coordinate with the Quality team to resolve defects.
· Monitor manpower, attendance, productivity and work discipline on the production floor.
· Ensure materials and components are available for uninterrupted production.
· Identify production issues, delays and bottlenecks and take corrective action.
· Maintain daily production records, rejection/rework records and basic reports.
· Ensure safety, housekeeping and 5S practices on the production floor.
· Train and guide new assembly technicians and helpers as required.
· Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Management for smooth operations.
Requirements
· ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or a related technical field preferred.
· 4–6 years of experience in production/assembly supervision.
· Experience in automotive, EV, two-wheeler or manufacturing assembly will be preferred.
· Basic knowledge of E-Bike/vehicle assembly, tools and production processes.
· Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
· Good team-handling, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and achieve production targets.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with hands-on experience in E-Bike/EV two-wheeler assembly, chassis/frame assembly, electrical fitting, wiring, battery installation or final vehicle assembly will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
