Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller to generate student admissions through outbound calling. The role involves contacting parents and students, explaining our coaching programs, and scheduling them for counselling or direct enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to provided leads daily
- Introduce coaching programs clearly and confidently
- Generate walk-ins and admissions
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested parents
- Update call status in Excel/CRM
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi compulsory)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Comfortable with daily calling targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
