Job Summary
OX Connections LLP is seeking enthusiastic ITI Freshers to join our production team as Machine Operators. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting smooth manufacturing operations while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate production machines according to established procedures.
· Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues.
· Load materials and handle finished products during the production process.
· Perform basic machine inspections and routine cleaning.
· Ensure products meet quality requirements and specifications.
· Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation.
· Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
· Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
Requirements
· ITI qualification from a recognized institute.
· Basic understanding of manufacturing or machine operations.
· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
· Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
