About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, lighting systems, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Identify and report potential electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and wiring.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
