We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Gurgaon and surrounding areas
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
- Provide guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and agreements
- Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Stay updated with local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (preferred) Freshers can apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Graduate in any discipline
