Job Description – Photo & Video Production Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Role Summary
The Photo & Video Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality photo and video content for digital and social media platforms. The role involves managing projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute photo and video production projects from concept to final delivery.
- Lead video shoots, photography sessions, editing, and post-production activities.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative, branding, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage production schedules, equipment, vendors, and freelancers as required.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in video production, editing, and photography.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop/Lightroom.
- Experience managing social media content production from ideation to execution.
- Strong visual storytelling, creative direction, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
