Job Summary
Tiruchirappalli Engineering and Technology Cluster (TREAT) is hiring Helpers for Production and Factory Operations. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are hardworking, physically fit, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators in loading and unloading materials.
- Support clamping of jobs, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness around machines and work areas.
- Remove burrs, scrap materials, and unwanted items from the production floor.
- Assist in general production and factory activities as directed by supervisors.
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support smooth production operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior factory experience is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
