Job Title: Billing & Estimation Engineer

Mittal Group is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Billing & Estimation Engineer to handle project costing, billing processes, and coordination with site teams for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis for projects
- Handle client and subcontractor billing based on site measurements
- Verify quantities from drawings and actual site work
- Prepare BBS from RCC drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers and consultants for billing and progress updates
- Perform material take-offs as per drawings and specifications
- Prepare and maintain monthly material reconciliation statements
- Ensure accuracy in billing and estimation to avoid cost overruns
- 5+ years of experience in Billing & Estimation (Real Estate/Construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing processes
- Good understanding of RCC drawings and construction practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic estimation tools
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
