We are looking for an experienced Senior Overseas Education Team Leader to lead and support our counseling team and oversee the student journey from initial counseling through admissions and visa processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the counseling team.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, courses, and institutions.
- Oversee applications, documentation, offer letters, and enrollment.
- Guide students and counselors on visa documentation and processes.
- Monitor follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
- Handle complex cases and support counselors in closing applications.
- Stay updated on admission, visa, scholarship, and study-abroad requirements.
- Conduct team training and maintain strong student and institutional relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Overseas Education / Study Abroad experience.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa processes.
- Previous team leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, confident, and target-oriented.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
